Augustus Village"Villa Laurus" was completed and furnished in 2008 and is set within the beautifully landscaped gardens of the architecturally award winning 'Augustus Village'. The resort is situated in a desirable area on the outskirts of the village of Tasagil, between Side and Belek, in the "Turkish Riviera". Several beaches, popular towns and villages are within a few minutes drive and the property affords easy access to a range of activities and interests.

Augustus Village is a year round resort with temperatures reaching the mid 30's in August but remaining warm during the winter months of December and January. Villa Laurus is available for holiday lets or on a longer term rental throughout the year. Flights are available year round and excursions can be arranged by management upon your arrival or pre-planned in advance.

Augustus Village has been developed by, and continues to be managed by an onsite management team. They are extremely helpful and friendly; and will be happy to assist with any requests or queries that you have. The team speak excellent English and provide 24 hour reception and security.

As you are probably aware Augustus Village is a new development with ongoing facilities to be completed in the near future. These include; an indoor heated swimming pool and spa suite, restaurant, gymnasium, children's play area, a private road to the sea (approximately 3km), games room, library and the "Country Club" (on the lower tier of development) which will offer tennis courts and a large swimming pool.
