A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. (Alternative arrangements made for last minute bookings). We also ask for a Damage Deposit of £150 which will be held for the duration of your stay and returned in full within 2 weeks of your return home provided there has not been any major damage to the villa or its contents during your stay.
